buns

I made buns! And I finally figured out how to make my dough smooth and elastic.  Who knew I was using way too much flour? And that the dough will not stick to the table when it starts to get tacky while kneeding? Oh! I love bread. LOVE!

Making rolls is also quite the workout.  I'm sure my shoulder will be quite sore in the morning. But I had yummy, yeasty, hot rolls for dinner.  It was totally worth it.
And of course, hot, fresh, steaming from the oven rolls must be topped with butter! Mmmmmm!
